Guided Wisdom Doula & Wellness

About us

My vision has also been to one, create space for women to be their authentic selves; and two, by being a guide assisting with resources and the tools to navigate the journey to being their authentic selves.

As a birthworker, I felt specifically called to work with women after their pregnancy has ended whether through a live birth, a pregnancy loss, an intentional release, or through a transactional loss (adoption).  The meaning of the word "doula" means 'friend of women', but I felt that there was less emphasis on the mother after the baby had arrived.

The transition of bringing life into the world - however it may be - is a journey that is oftentimes lonely, stressful, and depressing.  Guided Wisdom Doula & Wellness exists to provide the resources, support, and guidance that is necessary during this time.

Who am I

Jacqueline Greely

Jacqueline Greely is the visionary of Guided Wisdom Doula & Wellness (GWDW), a boutique firm that focuses on postpartum awareness, education, and support; as well as, pregnancy and infant loss advocacy.  GWDW was birthed in 2014 during an intensive doula training certification in the fall of 2014.  It was during this time that Jacquie became impassioned about the well-being of women and their families after a delivery.  She provides holistic and evidenced-based support not only around women’s wellness in preparation for postpartum, but also mental health awareness, nurturing the body with plant medicine (including vaginal steaming), and healing and finding self through sexuality practices.  Helping women affirm and heal themselves through a life’s transition is Jacquie’s mission and is honored to be in the position to do so.

Jacquie holds a Master’s in Public Administration, in addition to being trained and certified in the following healing modalities: RYT200 yoga practitioner; Usui Reiki; Certified Clinical Sexuality Coach and Sex Educator; and a host of other specialties.
